BIO
Hadley Hillel is an LA based director, originally from Seattle. His films tell twisted, darkly comedic stories about grief and loss set in surreal fantasy worlds. Big fan of magical realism and firm believer that a little taxidermy never hurts.
Hadley's short films have been shown at 55 film festivals, won more than 40 awards (including the 'Directing for Drama' Student Emmy at the College Television Awards), screened on airplanes worldwide and… at a Croatian nunnery. It’s a long story.
He is currently in the process of writing his first feature, a fantasy-thriller based on one of his shorts, and has a number of other projects in development.
